Daniel Mbevo, a licensed professional Tour Guide with over 25 years of experience of helping others discover Cameroon. Daniel proudly lives and works in his home country, his tour guide license No. 033/MINTOUR/DPT, was issued in September 2001.
As the long-standing President of the Association of Cameroonian Tour Guides (AGTC) since 2004, Daniel is a respected leader in the tourism sector. He also served as the Area Representative for the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (WFTGA) for Central and East Africa from 2011 to 2021. In addition, he is the founder and manager of Cameroon Travel and Tours, based in Yaoundé.
Daniel provides guided experiences across all of Cameroon’s diverse landscapes—from rainforest safaris and birdwatching to mountain hikes, coastal escapes, cultural encounters in traditional villages, and visits to the iconic Grassfield Chiefdoms. Dr. Arlene Weekes brings over 35 years of experience as a social worker, author, educator, and trainer—expertise that strengthens the reflective and personal-growth foundation of our work. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals in understanding their histories, navigating identity, and becoming more aware of the influences that shape their choices and their lives.
Her doctoral research explored how a person’s biography, values, and internal experiences guide the decisions they make. From this, she developed the framework of Effective Personal and Professional Judgement (EPPJ)—a philosophy grounded in the belief that greater self-awareness leads to greater personal effectiveness.
